Cirque glaciers are classified by being constrained to a cirque and they often accumulate snow from wind loading.  In the Northern Hemisphere cirque glaciers usually form within North facing cirques due to lack of exposure to the sun.  Cirque glaciers are larger that glacierets and have more movement.
