To load information on to your Z: drive from the Earth Sciences laboratory:
Right click My Computer and scroll to the Map Network drive, make the following changes in the dialog box:
Drive: Z
Folder: \\opal\student and click on Connect using a different user name
User Name: msu\your msu logon name
Password: your msu password
Your personal Z: drive folder is organized alphabetically in the student folder. For example, your banner user name is "Hexagenia," you would double click on the "H" folder to find your Z: drive folder.
To load information on to your Z: drive from other MSU computer laboratories:
Double click on My Computer. You should see your Z: drive at the bottom of the window under Network Drives. If it is not there, follow the above directions and omit the "msu" in front of your user name.
